CITB Health and Safety Awareness

This Health and Safety Awareness course is aimed at those who are or who are planning to work on a construction site within the United Kingdom. This training course, coupled with the touch screen test, enables you to apply for the CSCS Site Operative Green Card.

Aims and objectives of the course:

This course ensures that: Individuals on site understand what is expected of them. To ensure that they contribute to the safety of the workplace. Why they are carrying out their identified duties.

Throughout the course, the following topics will be introduced, explained or demonostrated to the delegates:

Assessment

Throughout the course there is a constant assessment by the instructor who will ask questions about what he has covered in the course, some may be theoretical and some may be practical. At the end of the course, there is a 30-question, multiple-choice paper to be completed by all delegates. A pass mark of 72% is set for all delegates.

Certificate

All delegates who successfully complete this course will receive an accredited certificate from CITB.
